We ship Worldwide! Our shopping cart will calculate the various shipping options to your area via Canada Post. The shipping calculated at checkout is an estimate, be assured that you will only be charged for the actual cost of shipping.
We do not charge a handling fee and want to offer you a shipping solution that is safe, fast and affordable.
Please note that for US & International customers that the shipping cost does not include any possible customs fees that may occur. You will be responsible for any fees that may be incurred out of the actual shipping costs.
We offer Local Pickup! Our customers in Saskatoon and surrounding area have the option of arranging for free local pickup.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All orders are packaged with the utmost care, but if your package does arrive damaged you must notify Demetria Organics within 48 hours from the receipt of your package.
Order Processing
Your order will be invoiced and processed upon receipt. Because we want to get our product to you as quickly as possible we do not allow for order changes once it has been placed.
Our turn-around time is 1-3 business days. This time frame is based on the volume of orders received, not including special promotions or sales. Please expect a longer turn-around time during holiday season or promotions. If there will be a significant delay for any reason we will post a notice on our website.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations unless there are extenuating circumstances. A 20% restocking fee may be applied if your order has already been processed.
Payment Options
We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or cash (for local customers). Canadian orders are in Canadian funds and US & International orders are in US funds.
Credit cards will be pre-authorized at the time of checkout. To ensure you are billed for only actual shipping charges, your card will not be billed until your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
Please contact us immediately regarding any product issues. Exchanges on identical products can be made if it is something erroneous or defective. If an exchange cannot be made, a refund will be granted within 30 days of the purchase date.
